During my masters and till of PhD. I have been busy doing several projects.They were never aligned to a single topic but I could learn a ton of new things out of them.
A project to study and compare the growth of methane hydrates in presence of common alcohols such as ethanol, glycerol, isopropyl alcohol and ethylene glycol and 3 different osmolytes urea, DMSO and TMAO. We tried to hypothesize the behaviour of growth of gas hydrate around additives using various order paramter.
During my masters' I started this project where I had to observe the nucleation event and explain the event in terms of two step nucleation method. We observed that there is a spontaneous hcp to fcc transition during nucleation. This is an unfinished project.
I had this project as a side quest. Learned a lot of new things during this project as I was completely off guard to This
kind of systems.
Another unfinished yet interesting project it was. It is important to understand the efect of solvent (water) as most of the reaction occurs in solvated condition. But explicit consideration of solvent-solute intraction is costly in computational term. So one's wish would be to introduce accurate yet efficient implicit solvent model. That was the long term philosophy of this project.
We are trying to introduce Machiene learning and Deep learning methods to solve our problems. Our primary focus has been to be able to use efficient ML or DL model to detect phase transition. We implemented PointNet architect to classify different ice phases. We are very enthusiastic about these methods and have been trying various algorithm to improve abd benchmark available models. In long run we wish to made our own archtect to predict chemico-moleculalar properties of arbitrary molecules.
Basically I can build interest in almost everything I camm in touch with. I have interest in making interacting websites.
Obviously I don't know all the basics. That is I will start modifying from another existing project.
I love learning new programming languages although that might sound weird. Sometimes I dig into better data representation or data visualization.
Sometimes I read also :).

Could not write a formal draft for the journal. So thought I will be start practising by writing blog about the kind of job I am doing write now. But don't expect anything cool yet. I will be trying hard to impress you though.

Now in order to distinguish them we need appropriate order parameters. Here I will try to include the convetional ones and how one can calculate them using my codes...
